In 1991, Airtech opened its facility in Europe (Luxembourg). Later came England and China. Now the company is headquartered in Huntington Beach with 13,000 m2 and more than 800 employees worldwide.
Airtech products go on the assembly line of many American air suspension cars. Air suspension products have a significant degree of elasticity and stiffness, which is important for lifting heavy loads. The raw materials are natural rubber and nylon-metal fiber which contribute to the high resistance and elasticity of the air suspension hoses. Thus, the parts will serve at low temperatures and in cold winters.
Today the company provides a service for the production of 3D printed composite tools, called Print-Tech® This way large-scale tools used for functions such as trimming, holding and laying are designed, adapted and produced without loss of quality. New facilities, equipment and personnel with 15 years of experience have been added to the production facility for this purpose.
In addition, the company manufactures the Dahltram® tools and Dahlpram® blowing resins.
Quality of spare parts complies with international standards of manufacturing and management quality system, which is confirmed by certificates ISO 9001, IATF and ISO 9002 SGS.
