KINEX BEARINGS, A.S. successfully joined CK BIRLA GROUP in 2020, uniting with National Engineering Industries Ltd (NEI) – leading Indian manufacturer of bearings and exporter through its Swiss subsidiary NBC Global AG.

KINEX BEARINGS, A.S is one of important world suppliers of standard and special rolling bearings, used in different industrial fields.

The KINEX BEARINGS, A.S. history starts with founding a factory named KINEX A.S. Bytca in 1906. Till 1950 two more factories KINEX A.S (KINEX-KLF A.S та KINEX A.S Skalica) appeared on the Slovak territory. From 1965 all three enterprises joined a big holding Group ZVL. From 1990, after the dissolution of Czechoslovakia, the Group ZVL holding dissolved too, and during next 10 years all three KINEX A.S factories underwent some changes, which led to new holding formation with the name HTC HOLDING A.S (2001).

Today KINEX bearings are manufactured on two factories, located on Slovak territory. The production nomenclature includes more than 8000 types of bearings with diameters to 480 mm and more than 40 000 their modifications.
