Inna is a Ukrainian and English language teacher by education, and later received a second higher education in management and psychology of personnel management. But the real turning point in her life was working in a company, which gave her new knowledge, confidence, and the opportunity to reveal her talents.
Participation in the BBC was a challenge and a triumph at the same time for Inna. She admits that the first offer to speak was scary. But instead of backing down, she decided to do it. And she didn’t just speak — she went through a difficult but exciting path of preparation. Deep immersion in the book, analysis, video materials — all this formed the speech that left a warm mark in the hearts of her colleagues.
“When you are prepared, when your words are verified, and the meaning is clear, then everything will definitely work out,” shares Inna. She repeatedly emphasizes that behind her success was the team — colleagues and management. Everyone who listened, advised, supported. And it was this support that allowed her not only to go on stage, but also to shine on it.
In addition to work, Inna is a creative person. She is fond of architecture, photography, literature and travel. She knows how to see beauty where others simply pass by.
Inna is also a polyglot: she is fluent in English, is learning German, and regularly takes training in foreign languages.
Despite her active work and numerous hobbies, before us is a mother of two children. She honestly admits: sometimes it seems that she cannot balance. But she tries — through time management, priorities and love of life.
“Balance is not about the ideal. It’s about being realistic about yourself, your strengths and needs,” says Inna.
