Business open to all: Omega's participation // in the job fair and conference in Kyiv

Omega // doesn’t just talk about inclusion — we act. We recently participated in a job fair in Kyiv and joined the “Business is Open to All” conference. This was another important step on our path to true inclusion.

Many strong messages were heard during the four panel discussions. One of them particularly resonated with our team:

“If we don’t involve the opinions of different people in our teams, our final product won’t be as cool and effective.”

This approach resonates with our beliefs. We strive to create a team that unites different voices — because that’s what creates real strength.

Another important message of the conference:

“You need to look at the person themselves: their skills, aspirations, desire to work.”

Research confirms that teams that are mixed in age are more effective, loyal, and work better together. For us, age, gender, experience, or vulnerability are not barriers. We believe that everyone has the right to be heard and to realize their potential.

This experience inspires us to move forward. Inclusivity is not a status, but a path. We consciously choose it: through training, open dialogue, new approaches to selection.
