The first hero is our partner Viktor Ivanovich Dimidyuk, who works in the town Ruzhin, Zhytomyr region, and has its own auto repair shop:
How are you working at this time
My auto repair shop, although with difficulty, did not stop its work and is now working, giving customers the opportunity to repair engines and chassis, change oil, that is, it provides the entire range of services as before. Currently, three out of five employees, including myself, are in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I manage all work processes remotely. Our service station helps a lot with repairs and components of the AFU and territorial defense.
Future plans
Plans for the future are, first of all, to do everything possible for our common victory. Regarding business, I want to organize work in such a way as to keep the client base at the current level and ensure the supply of components at the same operational and high-quality level as it was in the pre-war period. So, together - to victory!
We sincerely thank Viktor Ivanovich for telling us about the work of his business in this difficult time. For our part, we can add that he was one of the first who immediately paid off all debts with the outbreak of the war and told the company about his future plans to work. And the organization of his business is a very good illustration of how perfectly streamlined business processes can work even without the presence of a manager. We greatly value our partnerships.
Auto repair shop of Viktor Dimidyuk is in the TOP-3 in terms of sales of auto enterprises in its village. And this is not surprising, because the quality of service and the service of his auto repair shop are at the level of regional service stations. And in working with the company from Viktor Ivanovich, we always received quick adaptation to all innovations, constructive criticism and active assistance in improving the work of our services.
It should be noted that in the Zhytomyr region business is gradually starting to resume its work, mainly in the southern part of the region, where almost 60-70% of small and medium-sized enterprises are already operating at more than 50% of pre-war capacity. We very much hope that this positive trend will continue to spread.
