Interview with Ruslan Anatoliyovych, Director of KRONA STAV LLC

We spoke with Ruslan Anatoliyovych, director of KRONA STAV LLC, the first business partner, to learn about the company's development prospects and new directions.

Tetyana: Ruslan Anatoliyovych, congratulations! Thank you for joining our conversation.

Today you are representing KRONA STAV LLC. It will be interesting to learn more about your role in the company and your professional experience.

Ruslan: I have been the director of KRONA STAV LLC since 2004. In fact, since we have been working with you, I have been heading this company. During this time, we have gone through many stages of development, adapting to changes in the market and new challenges. Despite difficult conditions, we maintain stability, expand our range and implement new solutions for our clients.

Tetyana: What is your strategic vision for the company's development, taking into account today's realities?

Ruslan: We continue to work and develop. Today, our range consists of about 60,000 product items, and it is constantly growing. During all three years of the war, we remained in place, did not leave, and now we are actively supporting and expanding our range. We are increasing our warehouse space, increasing the load on the warehouse to have even more goods in stock. We strive to conquer the market, and for this we actively cooperate with military units and critical infrastructure of the city. Constant control of the range and its expansion is our direct responsibility.

Tetyana: What is your focus now? What are your priority areas?

Ruslan: Since 2004, we have specialized in spare parts for domestic vehicles - KamAZ, VAZ, MAZ, GAZ. However, today the situation is changing: KamAZ and MAZ have almost disappeared from the market, so we are actively expanding the range of spare parts for imported cars - DAF, Scania, MAN.

However, we do not give up on domestic equipment, because in the South there are still many ZIL, KamAZ and GAZ vehicles that are still in operation. We analyze demand and adapt to customer needs. Our managers constantly form a demand matrix, which we respond to in order to provide customers with exactly what they need.

Tetyana: What can you say about our cooperation?

Ruslan: You are our main supplier. You are a very respected partner for us, and I appreciate your help, terms of cooperation and efficiency in resolving any issues. We have always had harmonious communication with your managers, we easily find a common language, and there have never been any difficult situations.

Tetyana: What should we pay attention to in order to improve our work in your opinion?

Ruslan: Your logistics are one of the best. Delivery is timely and fast, 5-6 times a week, from Kyiv the order is agreed in 5 hours and the next day at 9-10 am it is already in the warehouse. In Mykolaiv, there are three deliveries a day, which is very convenient. As for returns, everything works quickly and without problems. It’s hard to say that something needs to be changed, because everything is already working perfectly.

Tetyana: I would like to talk in more detail about the convenience of Omega services // for your company. What services do you think work well for us?

Ruslan: Your services are already at a very high level. Your online store is one of the best in the B2B segment. Constant improvement and addition of new functions makes it even more convenient for us.

Of course, sometimes you can find cheaper offers, but in terms of the level of service, ease of ordering and speed of delivery, you are number one for us.

Tetyana: What can you say about our people?

Ruslan: A powerful team, in particular managers Denis Raspopin and Pavlo Ovsyannik. They are always in touch, help with consultations, product selection, returns or complaints.

When our managers cannot resolve an issue, they receive professional advice from your specialists. This is very important for our business.

Tetyana: Have you encountered any difficulties that our managers helped to resolve?

Ruslan: There were some moments, for example, with the oil seals for the KamAZ PGU - in a certain batch they were dry. But your decision was prompt: we quickly issued a return and resolved the issue. There was a case with the hydraulic distributor - you conducted an expert assessment, confirmed that the problem was not in the unit, but in the system. This is a very professional approach, and it helps us avoid unnecessary expenses.

Tetyana: What achievements of your company over the past year are you most proud of?

Ruslan: We are working, and this is already a great achievement. Despite all the difficulties, we are increasing sales volumes and developing the company. There is a problem with personnel, because many of our managers and salespeople are mobilized, they are defending Ukraine. Because of this, we had to hire young professionals aged 21-23, whom we are currently actively training.

This is a challenge, as it takes half a year for new employees to fully adapt. However, we see this as an opportunity for development - young people bring fresh ideas and modern technologies that will help our company become even better.

Tetyana: Thank you for your openness and time! LLC "KRONA STAV" is an example of a company that not only survives in war conditions, but continues to develop, adapt to changes and support the Ukrainian economy. Cooperation with reliable partners is a key factor in this process, and together we move forward!
