Interview with the first business partner Yaroslav, director of the company "VINAVI"

We interviewed the first business partner Yaroslav, director of the company "VINAVI", about the company's development plans, new directions and approaches to the production of agricultural machinery.

Tetyana: Please tell us about your company: what do you do and what directions are priority?

Yaroslav: I am the director and acting director of the company "VINAVI".

We are a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, we have our own production, we import and export.

We have opened a new direction - retail trade in spare parts for agricultural machinery. Our main activity is the production of spare parts.

Tetyana: What is your strategic vision for the development of the company, taking into account today's realities?

Yaroslav: Every quarter we build a business plan and new projects. Despite the challenges of the war, we are trying to develop. In the winter season we plan to launch a new segment - spare parts for trucks. We are focused on agricultural machinery in Ukraine, the demand for spare parts is growing, especially in the west of the country, so we are currently developing this direction.

Our service is aimed at the comfort of the buyer, so that it is convenient and fast. We create a unique shopping experience by providing full access to the products in the hall. Unlike traditional approaches, where the product is placed behind the counter and requires the help of a seller to inspect, our customers can independently evaluate any product. Visitors can inspect it, check it by touch.

Our audience consists mainly of residents of rural areas - approximately 80% of our customers. These are people for whom a practical approach, confidence in the quality of the selected product is important. This approach not only increases the trust of buyers in the products, but also provides additional opportunities for sales growth. Our values are transparency and confidence of buyers in their choice.

Tetyana: What are the priority areas in your work now in the first place?

Yaroslav: To achieve success in business and earn money, the main strategy is to increase the range of products, the average check and sales volume. These areas are crucial for the growth of the company. We are constantly working to improve the competence of our employees through regular training. Technical trainings are conducted, we learn communication and sales ethics. To best meet the needs of customers, we also extend working hours in the spring and summer period, because many people shop in the morning before work. Such flexibility allows us to attract more customers, creating convenient service conditions for them. Thus, our goal is not only to increase sales, but also to ensure a high level of customer service and expand the range of services so that each customer receives high-quality and comfortable service.

Tetyana: What can you say about our cooperation, what do you value in the interaction of our companies?

Yaroslav: Our cooperation is active and fruitful. We value our close interaction and work to achieve common goals. Overall, we are satisfied with our cooperation and intend to continue close cooperation to achieve even better results in the future.

For further effective cooperation, it is important to ensure a more extensive filling of product cards, an expansion of the assortment for the agro-segment, a competitive pricing policy and specialized support in the call center. This will allow us to keep pace with market needs and provide customers with quality goods and services.

Tetyana: What services do you think work well for us?

Yaroslav: The service you provide works at a high level, providing comfort and convenience for users. The entire ordering process is well organized: a personal account allows you to easily and quickly order products, and there are no problems with this.

I especially like the convenience and speed of the process: it is easy to place an order through a personal account, and delivery is carried out the same day. Upon arrival, the driver quickly performs all the necessary actions - unloads the goods, signs the documents and moves on, which ensures maximum time savings. Free delivery is also a significant plus.

Tetyana: What services do we need to improve?

Yaroslav: The only remark concerns the product description. Sometimes it does not correspond to reality or is absent altogether. It would be useful to have a more accurate and detailed description in order to have complete information about the product before ordering.

In general, the service is convenient, economical and makes a positive impression due to the speed and efficiency of delivery.

Tetyana: What can you say about our people? Who have you collaborated with? Who could you single out and for what?

Yaroslav: Daily communication with your employees, especially with some drivers, leaves the best impression. Drivers always arrive with a smile, independently unload and deliver goods, which indicates a high level of service. I am pleased to see that you have such professionals. Drivers from the Chervonohrad district, in particular Baran Vasyl and his colleague, left a special impression. In addition, I want to thank my manager Nepokryty Dmytro, who always instantly responds to all requests and quickly resolves issues. Despite certain difficulties with the shipment of goods due to technical problems in the IT system, Dmytro promptly helps to eliminate them. This indicates his professionalism and high level of service.

Tetyana: What achievements of your company over the past year are you most proud of? That you can highlight?

Yaroslav: Despite the challenges of the past year, the company continues to move forward, and I see “light at the end of the tunnel”. Despite the difficult situation and the impact of the war, we have not stopped, we are not “going with the flow”. On the contrary, with small but confident steps we are developing, building new premises, expanding the range of goods, creating new jobs, purchasing machinery and equipment. Although we would like more, we continue to work and adapt to new conditions. Now, at the end of the year, we are preparing to renegotiate import and export contracts, and the volume of our operations is only growing. New export agreements for the sale of Ukrainian goods abroad are especially important, because this is one of the key priorities. We want to continue to strengthen the position of Ukrainian products on the European market, as we are working to ensure that our products are recognizable and in demand abroad.

I am convinced that thanks to such hard work, signing new agreements and expanding the sales market, we will overcome all difficulties. Ahead are great prospects and hope for a better future.
