We inform you that it has been decided to change the name "Omega" to Omega // and to switch to a new legal entity in connection with a complete rethinking of our mission and focus of attention.
The history of the modification of the name of the company "Omega" to Omega // and the transition to a new legal entity:
• Changes began back in 2017-2018, when the essence of the company was completely rethought. As a result, both our visual attributes and the purpose of the company have changed. We started implementing new standards and services. And, of course, a decision was made to change the legal entity, as the crown of the completion of the rebranding.
The events of February 24 changed all of us, and for more than two years now we are not "Omega Avtopostavka" or simply "Omega", we are Omega//. We are already a new company that looks only forward. Our new name is our strength!
Despite everything, we will work for the good of our country and our citizens, and this, above all, will be reflected in the name of our company.
• Our mission is "Simplifying transport service". We want to solve customers' problems by offering a comprehensive solution that includes a combination of necessary goods and high-quality modern services.
We help simplify the work of our partners and do everything so that partners can get more profit and reduce costs.
In addition to our partners, we continue to help and provide for the needs of various units of the armed forces of Ukraine.
We are not only a critically important enterprise for the economy of Ukraine, at the same time, we help our 300 employees who are in the ranks of the Armed Forces and defend our country.
And besides, despite everything, we continue to help orphanages and social rehabilitation centers that take care of children deprived of parental care.
And, of course, we care about the employees of our company, for all those who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
Our activity does not stop. We are gradually transitioning to the new legal entity Omega//, while Omega will continue to work in parallel during this transition period.
Also, we inform you that the structure of the company, as well as our owners, do not change.
The company with the new name will have the same people and the same activities. All obligations will be fulfilled in a timely manner in the usual mode of work.
Our new name Omega // carries and symbolizes our courage, bravery and strength.
Because despite everything, we will work for the good of our country!
