Recently, our communications manager, Tetyana Pedko, together with our recruiter Hanna Zeninets, represented Omega // at a job fair at the Kharkiv Motor Transport College, where she talked to students and shared opportunities for their professional development. The event brought together 16 companies and dozens of young people who are taking their first steps in choosing a future career. We focused on openness, sincerity, and real prospects to show that we have a place for everyone who wants to grow.
Students were interested not only in vacancies, but also in the opportunity to do an internship and study at the company. We received positive feedback from college representatives who noted our approach and involvement.
