Omega project manager Vadim Novokshanov: "I couldn't sit in the shelter, I wanted to help!"

We are starting a series of publications about our employees who, in such a difficult time, find the strength and desire to help others. These are our Omega volunteers, whom we are very proud of!

Today we will tell you about the volunteering of Vadim Novokshanov, the head of the Supply Chain Management project.

What exactly do you do as a volunteer

I was collecting information about the needs of the civilian population and housekeeping about the supply of products and bulletproof vests from volunteer centers. In priority - civilians of Kharkiv and armed forces Dnipro.

What made you want to volunteer

I couldn't sit in the shelter. On the back, I “knocked” on the Armed forces of Ukraine and the defense, but they didn’t take me. Despite the fact that I am a reserve officer, he is required there with experience. But I really wanted to, so I started volunteering.

With some difficulties to get stuck

All volunteer centers operate as a capital of the state, and it’s easy to call two, or even three volunteer centers together, to deliver the necessary benefits from entering the Ukrainian exit.

What has already been done so far

We were able to create a stable supply of foodstuffs and body armor from the Kharkiv region and Pavlograd from Kremenets (Ternopil region).

And also organize cost-free delivery of volunteers and doctors to the month of recognition near Ternopil.

For the organization of all processes, it is also important to know people whom you can trust. I went to the trouble to help my colleagues from Omega, they gave me the contacts of a misguided volunteer at Kharkov, which helped a lot at the cob stage. And great is the support of our company, which was provided with a salary. When there is at least some money in the account, it means that there is time and money to help the Ukrainian army bring our Victory closer!

Glory to Ukraine!
