Private business is a constant change of roles: the experience and vision of Volodymyr Feshchenko, representative of GRAND-AVTO LLC.

We met with Feshchenko Volodymyr, our first business partner and representative of the production and commercial company GRAND-AVTO LLC, to discuss the company's development prospects and directions.

Tetyana: Volodymyr, I am glad to welcome you! Thank you for joining our conversation as a representative of GRAND-AVTO LLC. We will be interested to learn more about your role in this company, as well as your professional path.

Volodymyr: We have a private family business, and sometimes you have to be a manager, sometimes a storekeeper, sometimes a cleaner, sometimes a repairman. Private business is such that you have to adapt, replace each other, give advice, help. Every day can be different, roles change several times a day.

Tetyana: This is really very interesting, and what is your strategic vision for the company's development, taking into account today's realities?

Volodymyr: It is very difficult to predict today. If earlier it was possible to plan with a certain stability, now every month changes, every week is different. The business related to spare parts is movement, and it is necessary. People need transport in order to live, work, and relax. Our task is to ensure this movement, to maintain equipment so that people can move and work in comfort. The military also really need our support, so now our job is to provide high-quality movement for everyone who needs it.

Tetyana: What are your current priority areas for the company's development?

Volodymyr: Priority areas are constantly changing, because it is difficult to predict. Depending on the season, we focus on different areas: in winter it is more installation and hydraulic work, in autumn and spring - repairs for farmers, in summer - car repairs. We work in several areas at the same time, because in the current conditions we cannot limit ourselves to selling spare parts. Repair of engines, transmissions, fuel equipment are also important areas.

Tetyana: What can you say about our cooperation? What do you like most about interacting with our company?

Vladimir: We have been cooperating with you for a long time. Omega // has become our reliable partner. I like the cooperation because your company quickly adapts to changes. I remember exhibitions when you could directly communicate with manufacturers, designers, top managers. Now, of course, the situation has changed, but your managers work very professionally. Omega // is entering new markets, including European ones, and this is undoubtedly an important step for development.

Tetyana: What should we pay attention to in order to improve our work in your opinion?

Vladimir: Your company is very flexible, but appropriate conditions are important for further growth. It would be useful if Omega // offered leasing programs or programs for providing service enterprises with tools. This could help attract new customers and stimulate long-term cooperation with them.

Tetyana: What can you say about our people? Who did you cooperate with? Who would you single out and why?

Volodymyr: I work with different people, and in fact, I really like working with girls. They often show more attention to detail, are more discerning in questions, and this is really noticeable. Your team demonstrates coordinated work and this is especially nice, considering that some managers often work far from home. And if we talk about the guys, then with Tkachuk Andriy we also cooperate perfectly, and there have never been any misunderstandings.

Tetyana: What problems in your work have you managed to solve thanks to our help as Omega managers //?

Volodymyr: I don’t see any problems as such, but sometimes work moments arise. For example, limits on amounts in contracts that do not allow you to immediately buy or order goods for a larger amount or restrictions on shipment, you cannot send more goods than allowed by the terms of cooperation, because of which we cannot fulfill certain orders on time. But thanks to your managers, these issues are always resolved quickly, and this is a big plus. We have good friendly relations, and all issues are resolved without delay.

Tatyana: What services do you think work well for us?

Volodymyr: Omega's online store // is a very convenient tool for work. It is very easy to work with, it allows us to process orders even at night, when we have free time. Logistics works clearly, and we always know when the goods will arrive. This allows us to quickly respond to requests and process them at a time convenient for us.

However, I note that sometimes there are problems with updating data on my.omega.page for new car models. If we select spare parts by VIN codes, new models are not always updated yet, and it happens that this creates certain difficulties. It would be good if the information was updated faster and included more options for new and old models.

Tetyana: What achievements can your company be proud of?

Volodymyr: Since 2014, we have been actively working with the military. Our company constantly receives requests from the same units and commanders with whom we started working in the first years of the war. This is an important achievement for us - stability and trust from customers, as well as the opportunity to maintain the movement and quality of equipment, which is so necessary to ensure stability.
