
We recently talked with our first business partner, individual entrepreneur Bilan Vasyl Myronovich. We had a sincere and meaningful conversation about our common experience, current challenges, work priorities, and plans for the future.
Tetyana: Good afternoon, Vasyl Myronovich! Thank you very much for agreeing to this conversation. It is always a pleasure for us to communicate with partners like you - reliable, honest, with whom we are connected not only by business, but also by years of cooperation.
Vasyl: Good afternoon, nice to meet you! I have been cooperating with your company Omega // since 2018, when I founded my own individual entrepreneur. But in general, I have known you since the 2000s, when I myself worked as a manager in other companies. At that time, Omega // was already a notable player in the market - a large, structured company that gave the impression of a stable and reliable partner. And even then I understood that I would like to work directly with such a company, and over the years I have been convinced more than once that I was not mistaken in my choice.
Tetyana: What is your strategic vision for the development of your business, taking into account today's realities?
Vasyl: Honestly - it is very difficult to plan anything now. You yourself know what the situation is in the country, so it is very difficult to think ahead. Everything changes almost every day. Now everything is going according to the course of possibilities. We do not make plans, because there is no certainty about the future.
Tetyana: What areas of your work are currently a priority and what are you currently focusing on?
Vasyl: In general, little has changed - except that passenger cars from abroad have begun to appear. If earlier there was mostly equipment from the CIS, now imports are becoming more and more noticeable, especially among passenger cars. There are almost no domestically produced trucks left.
Tetyana: What do you value most about working with our company and what do you think could be improved?
Vasyl: I like everything, I'm satisfied with everything. There are no serious complaints. There are some nuances - working moments, but they are resolved. If the car is late or breaks down - you always warn, inform that there will be a delay of 1-2 hours or a change in the schedule - this is important.
Tetyana: What can you say about working with our employees?
Vasyl: I communicate with the manager Pavel Syrotych. But in general, we rarely contact the manager, because we select spare parts ourselves. If necessary, then we contact them, for example, about the price or complaints.
Tetyana: What would you like to improve in Omega's services?
Vasyl: Recently, there has been a problem with searching in the web store, especially by name and tires. But in general, most people are satisfied. What is on the site is quite enough.
Working with documentation is very convenient - you don't have to contact the accounting department, everything can be found and done on the website. This is a big plus. The catalog is also convenient and informative. I have a question about the warranty on tires - I had two warranty cases: one was closed, the other is still open. But I hope that over time this situation will change. I appreciate the reliability and accuracy of delivery. There were no serious problems in cooperation with your company, there are no complaints either. On the contrary - there is an example when you really helped out. The most memorable situation was when a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from a unit in Drohobych contacted me. The brakes of the equipment on the front line, near Kharkiv, disappeared - the master brake cylinder failed. The spare part was not far away, in your warehouse, but it had to be picked up quickly, and the recipient had no transport. Your manager made several calls, clarified the shipment schedules, found out how to get to the warehouse and how to get a pass. The option with Nova Poshta was eliminated due to urgency. In the end, everything went well, the bill was shipped, the issue was resolved.
Tetyana: What achievements over the past year can you be proud of?
Vasyl: Tire sales have increased. I have never done this before, but I sold a lot last year. This is a new stage for me. And of course, in today's realities, being able to stay afloat is already a great achievement. Many companies today face serious challenges and cannot stand it, so the fact that we continue to work and develop is already a huge plus.
