We`ve had an interview with Serhii Butsiak, place LLC Duet. And we want to share how his business works during the war.
Roman Denisenko: Has your strategic view on the company development changed significantly, how was it before the war and how is it now? What are the perspectives for your company development and the field on the whole you see for the nearest future?
Serhii Butsiak: Perspectives for the development should be set, I think, not for 2023-2024, bur for years ahead; and they should correspond to the steps you make to reach the goal, and the vision of what you`ve planned for the further. We haven`t done something supernatural, of course, and we don`t do still. We just set new goals and tasks for us, approaching their realization step-by-step.
Roman Denisenko: What are your prior directions for today? What are you focusing on?
Serhii Butsiak: Our company is focusing on creating conditions for selling spare parts in our region. I cannot say that we can seize the unseizable, but now we`re trying to do what we haven`t done before: explore new activities, methods in work. Moreover, it turned out that, due to the personnel deficiency, I had to work alone on the level with subordinates, to find out cases, where we spin wheels, where we`ve made some mistakes with customers and clients, to organize working processes. Taking into account that I was apart of it, it developed as it was; and when I started working with subordinates directly, I saw a lot of downsides, which were to be fixed and worked over.
Roman Denisenko: It would be great to speak about the convenience of Omega services for your company, to receive an honest feedback.
Tell us, please, how convenient is our program of selection for you?
Serhii Butsiak: We`ve started cooperating with Omega since the beginning of the 2000s. From the beginning we`ve installed all necessary programs by Omega, and we still have current updates of these programs and work with up-to-date data. As to the Internet, having own shop, I can say that the program of selection is one of the best among competitors. Omega can be proud of that. This is the best, what has been created in our country for spare parts ordering.
Roman Denisenko: What can you tell about our delivery service? We would be glad to receive an honest feedback on its quality and convenience for you.
Serhii Butsiak: I can say that delivery service is unstable. Sometimes it works better, sometimes – worse, but I can rate this service with solid four starts with plus. And in this sense we are satisfied with it. When we are not satisfied with something, we have managers, who can be addressed to try to solve these problems quickly and efficiently.
Roman Denisenko: Do you use our EDF service, in particular, such electronic document flow programs as M.E.Doc, SOTA, Vchasno? Does it make the processes of receiving and sharing documents in the company easier for you?
Serhii Butsiak: We share documents with Omega using API line – it`s one of the ways of documents flow. Accounting, of course, is performed with the help of M.E.Doc. Our accountant controls the situation and processes of work very accurately.
Roman Denisenko: How convenient is our returning service for you? How often, on the whole, do you have to make a return, and what is the most important for you in this process?
Serhii Butsiak: In this process we have trust, and, when it comes to returns, we do not have 'spoke in the wheels'. Maybe, we`ve deserved this status. As to the service itself, I cannot say that it`s convenient, but I know that our accountants work with returns quickly and efficiently using it.
Roman Denisenko: These difficult times we all are thankful to the Armed Forces. Omega takes part in helping our army both with finances and cars. If you and your company also do volunteering or helping to the army, could you tell us a little bit more about it?
Serhii Butsiak: Yes, we do that, but we do not make it public.
Roman Denisenko: What achievements of your company for last year are you mostly proud of?
Serhii Butsiak: We have something to be really proud of. During the war period we launched a new project, opened a shop with new goods and a direction, which is now developing. I think, it has a future and, generally, everything will be good. We will reach the goal we`ve set.
