To save your time, return decisions are made as soon as possible: to return a quality product - within five minutes; the decision to return a claim or complaint product - up to two working days, as we have to identify the reasons for the discrepancy in the delivery or quality of the product.
You can always return a quality product within 160 days. If you fill out a claim in our web shop, we will collect the refund from you on the day of delivery. We will inform you about the progress of the consideration of the claim for a refund via SMS or E-mail.
You no longer need to print the entire package of return documents, we will do it for you, or you can print out the forms in the web store by yourself. Just let us know which work option is more convenient for you - we will do the rest by ourselves.
