We continue telling you how our partners are working during the war period. And today we want to share our conversation with Yurii Hrusha, the manager of spare parts selection of "Autoshop" company.

Roman Denysenko: Which prior directions of activity does your company have for today? What are you focusing on?

Yurii Hrusha: Previously our company used to focus on cars of German production. However, these days, for more than 5 years, we have been a company, that maintains automobile multibrands, in other words, almost every type, except cars of post-soviet period.

Roman Denysenko: I would like to discuss in detail convenience of our services for you. What can you tell us about our delivery service: we would like to receive an honest feedback on its quality and convenience for you?

Yurii Hrusha: According to the terms of your programme, your drivers are absolutely in time. However, unfortunately, most of your spare parts previously were located in Kyiv warehouse. Accordingly, we created orders from it only in afternoon – this was not always convenient, as many clients come to us with their questions about spare parts in the morning, and it's obvious, that speed has always been a priority. Accordingly, in case we are not able to create an order in the morning, then we receive goods only the next day, and it was not always convenient. But when Omega opened a warehouse on the Left Bank in Kyiv, it became much more convenient to order from it: literally in two-three hours goods were at ours.

Roman Denysenko: How convenient is our returns service for you? How often, usually, do you need to make a return, and what is the most important for you in this process?

Yurii Hrusha: The returns service itself is very convenient; we do not have any problems with it. You just need to register a return on the website, print it and give to a driver, and he assigns all necessary documents. It happens that we often deal with tyres returning. Although, talking about Ukrainian brands, their products always come in a good quality.

Roman Denysenko: In this hard time we are thankful to our Armed Forces. Omega is also actively taking part in helping our army. I know that you and your team also do volunteering work. Tell us more about it, please, in detail.

Yurii Hrusha: Still since 2014 we have been participating in the programme "Ukrainians together". All army men, who had a social card, had an opportunity to receive quite a huge discount on all the products, which they purchased at ours, but it was at those times. These days, if we are talking about a discount, all military men have it for their personal vehicles. We give a discount with this card, and also – with a certificate of war-zone deployed.

A very essential discount, which is counted automatically, we give to the cars, which have directly taken part in military actions. We help with money, or even sell spare parts at their net price.

After the 24th of February we gave all that we had in our shop for free: accumulators for military equipment, all spare parts, brand cars for the territorial defence.

We help certain military divisions, to which we ship, on contact terms, spare parts. We are trying to participate in working with military men as much as we can.

Roman Denysenko: Which achievements of your company for last year are you mostly proud of?

Yurii Hrusha: We are proud of our colleagues, who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We are proud of our activity and help to army men. Our company has been working all this time in a normal regime, we continue developing and doing everything for the victory to come as fast as possible.
