We talked to Viktor Stepanov, a representative of the A'SPIK GROUP company, which maintains confidence and stability even in difficult times.
Tetyana: Viktor, thank you for agreeing to this conversation. Tell us a little about yourself and the company you represent.
Viktor: I work in the A'SPIK GROUP group of companies, which includes four sugar factories and several agricultural enterprises engaged in sugar production, sugar beet cultivation, grain group, and livestock breeding. Geographically, we cover Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, and Mykolaiv regions. I personally control certain areas of procurement across the entire group of companies.
Tetyana: It sounds large-scale! And how did your cooperation with Omega // begin?
Viktor: We got to know each other gradually. It all started with individual purchases, interest in certain positions, consultations with managers, and over the years our partnership has only grown stronger. Especially recently, when Omega // began to expand the line of spare parts and technical solutions, we began to interact even more.
Tetyana: And what is your strategic vision for the development of the company, taking into account today's realities?
Viktor: The war forced us to focus on the main thing - to survive and keep what we have. But even in such conditions, we modernize factories, develop farms, expand our technical park. We pay special attention to bioenergy - we want enterprises to be as autonomous as possible.
Tetyana: And what about the priorities in the context of our cooperation with you?
Viktor: It's simple here - we want to have a reliable partner who supplies quality products without intermediaries. And Omega // in this context - is at the top. You are an importer, you have competitive prices, and what is important - a professional approach. Your managers understand the specifics of the equipment, always offer options, advise, even if we ourselves are sometimes not entirely sure what part we need. We have your manager, Dzygalyuk Vasyl, who manages the entire group of companies — and this is extremely convenient for us. One contact — one responsibility.
Tetyana: And what do you like most about interacting with our company? What services do you think work well with us?
Viktor: Reliability, transparency, and quality of communication. Plus your delivery system, availability of goods in warehouses, speed of response. And one more thing — your online database. This is a really cool tool that allows you to quickly select goods, check availability, and see prices. You are definitely ahead of the market in this.
Tetyana: Were there any problems in cooperation with our company and what do you think we should pay attention to in order to improve our work?
Viktor: If there were any, then perhaps some work nuances — the wrong delivery address, the wrong article. But this happens to everyone. The difference is in how you solve these situations — quickly, calmly, professionally. My vision: you need to develop the direction of spare parts for old agricultural machinery - post-Soviet. There is still a lot of it. And if you find alternative manufacturers in Ukraine or in other countries, it will be a big plus - for both you and us. With you, at least, we are absolutely sure that we will not receive a product that leads through several chains to an aggressor country.
Tetyana: What achievements can your company be proud of in recent years?
Viktor: Probably the fact that despite all the circumstances - war, instability, risks - we not only held out, but also continued our development. We kept the team, invested in the modernization of sugar factories, expanded the land bank, launched the bioenergy direction. It's not just numbers or results - it's about people!
Tetyana: Thank you for this conversation - sincere, deep and real. We greatly appreciate our cooperation.
