Ovsyannik Pavlo: Trust as the Foundation of a Strong Partnership

Our company employs people for whom partnership is not just a word from the business dictionary, but a deep process built on trust, mutual understanding and common goals. One of the best examples of this approach is Ovsyannik Pavlo, who built the largest number of trusting relationships with the first business partners in the third quarter of 2025. His story is not only about indicators, but about the philosophy of cooperation.

Pavlo has almost nine years of work in the company. During this time, he has gone through a path that clearly shows: a true partnership is not created formally. It is formed through constant work, dialogue and a willingness to immerse himself in complex processes.

It is important to understand which of the clients is really ready for deeper cooperation, who understands the company's business processes and has the potential for development. Not everyone reaches this stage.

“At the start, there were ten of the first business partners, but over time, only the skeleton remained. This is a normal process — this format of work is not suitable for everyone,” Pavlo notes. It is not only about the financial result — it is about deeper, sometimes even philosophical issues that require time, involvement and a desire to develop. Not everyone is ready to invest their resources in this.

Pavlo calls the formation of trust one of the most difficult stages. It is this that becomes the foundation of further cooperation. He considers the expansion of the client’s basket and the depth of work with the portfolio to be the key direction. It is important for a partner to feel that he is heard, that problems are not silenced, and solutions are sought together. “You need to talk about ideas, find weaknesses, show that you are there not formally, but truly,” he shares.

In his work, Pavlo consciously takes a position between the company and the client. On the one hand, he represents the interests of the company, on the other, he becomes a support for the partner, especially in situations when a solution is needed “for yesterday”. “I can also be on the client’s side if this is necessary to resolve the issue. When a partner sees real help, that’s trust,” explains Pavlo.

Of course, the path is not always smooth. But Pavlo looks at obstacles practically. “If everything went according to plan, we wouldn’t be here,” he notes with humor. The problem needs to be identified, and then think about how to solve it — through logistics, demanding work, or procurement. His personal attitude to failures is calm: “I’m a person who sees the goal, doesn’t see obstacles.”

What motivates him to give it his all? It’s not just earnings. Although financial results remain an important component, personal development is no less important. “Uncomfortable situations show your weaknesses. Where you thought you understood everything, in fact there is still room to grow. For me, it’s about self-development,” he notes.

The team also plays a big role in work. Pavlo emphasizes that mutual assistance and communication between colleagues are an integral part of effective work.

“The company is a big family. Sometimes they help me, sometimes I help others. There’s no way without it.”

Outside of work, fishing has become the main source of recharge for Pavel. If in the summer he spends every weekend at the dacha, then he considers time by the water to be his real hobby. True, he admits with a laugh: “I have a passion for sport fishing. I’ve been fishing for two years and I’ve never caught a fish.” But the catch is not the point here at all. This is a time for moral rest, planning, and analytics, when, having closed work issues, you can completely switch.

The story of Pavel Ovsyannik is an example of how real results in working with business partners are not built only on numbers. They are formed through trust, willingness to take on complex tasks, desire to develop, and the ability to remain human in any processes.
