The best of Kaizen

Svitlana is the voice of change in the company: how kaizen ideas become reality

Every big change starts with an idea. And when this idea is born in the middle of the team, it has the power to move the company forward. Svitlana became one of the most active employees in implementing kaizen ideas in the company in the first quarter of 2025.

For her, kaizen ideas are not a point in the motivation system, but a way of thinking. Her first kaizen idea was simple, but it hit the mark exactly — installing an intercom for cashiers in regional warehouses. Metal cash boxes made communication between the cashier and the customer difficult, you had to shout to be heard. Thanks to Svitlana, communication became more comfortable for both parties.

Svitlana offers ideas that save time, reduce the burden on colleagues, and improve the quality of customer service. She doesn’t wait for instructions if she sees that the process can be optimized, but offers solutions. “I know my process, so when something doesn’t work, I feel it right away. And I can’t ignore it,” she says. Many years of experience, attention to detail and a sincere desire to make the lives of colleagues easier - this is her formula for efficiency.

And a simple "thank you" from colleagues confirms - the idea worked. Work became easier. Someone did not waste an extra day or hour - precisely thanks to her decision.

Her working credo is simple: if you see what can be done better - do it. And do not think that your idea is "small" - it can change everything.
