Artem Kopylov started his career in «Omega» more than 13 years ago as a foreman. Now he works as a building project manager.

How it all began
I used to work for small companies, so at Omega I was impressed by the scale, provision of amenities and beautiful territory. Initially I was in the team with Valentyn Burykyn (Chief Engineering Officer). In the beginning it was both difficult and easy: many tasks, objects and peculiarities of company sustainment. It was difficult, but I was very lucky to have such a good team, it was easy and pleasant to work. In the beginning I got the basics of the work from Valentyn Burykyn and I am grateful for his help.
Omega workdays
Now every working day brings me pleasure by performing interesting tasks, there are a lot of them, and it is good. I enjoy interacting with my colleagues, both working inside the department and cooperating with other departments; it makes me feel a desire to help each other with something, both in complex and elementary issues.
By the way, I think that last year we were very united by the modernization of the warehouse and the preparation for the winter corporate party - it was intensive and interesting processes, it was awesome and interesting!
Who doesn’t work – never makes mistakes
Not all things are smooth in my line, sometimes difficulties happen. But only those who do nothing can work without mistakes. That's how you get experience and wisdom.
Hobbies and interests
My family, sport, rest, corporate parties, communication with friends and new interesting people are always things for the soul and help to distract from the fuss and problems.
I am interested in numismatics, I have a small collection. I cannot say that I am a great admirer and expert in this sphere. But it is always interesting to touch the history, different countries, historical facts, learn how things were bought and sold.
