The most interesting thing for me in the work of a manager is the ability to act outside of the box, to find nonstandard solutions for each client and to be persistent to the end. This is the main task of a manager. Only then, the client becomes regular and loyal to the company.
Being first
I like to be the first in everything and don’t give up opportunities. Being first for me means setting a goal and move forward to fulfill it. Not being afraid to ask questions, although sometimes they may be silly, but it will help to promptly complete the task. I strive to be the first among my client's suppliers and to promote our company brands as much as possible (Private Label brands – ed. note). During 6 years of working at Omega I have won 11 competitions from partners, and now I am on the way to achieve the next triumph, but I won't tell you which one, it's a secret.

Since school years, I have been fond of sport: football, parachuting and volleyball. And today volleyball is an integral part of my life. I play on the Olympus team, which is a regular participant in competitions in the region and wins trophies. The game helps me to distract myself from my work processes, to reboot myself for new achievements.
Caring for the environment as a style of life
I have my own private house. I use solar panels for the household needs of my house, for me it is important to take care about environment. I set a five-kilowatt solar station to use free electricity. After two months, the government paid me the money that the sun had earned for me. The installation paid back and now works as a nice pay raise.
