Evgeniy Bondar reaches new heights but doesn’t rest on his oars

Customers are one of our company’s values. Omega workers, performing various work tasks, are internal customers for each other. There is a wonderful employee, Evgeniy Bondar, who is as much customer-oriented as possible and always ready to help his colleagues.

Evgeniy joined Omega in 2015 as a storage area storekeeper, then as a packer in courier delivery, and today he is the coordinator of the courier delivery and self-pickup service.

Confident start and self-development in the company

Evgeniy told us about his self-establishment and development in the company: «The first working day in "Omega" was in December 2015 at the storage site. The work was very interesting, every day I learned something new. In May 2016 I was transferred to another department, to the position of coordinator, where I was trained by Maksym Novalskyi. At the beginning of the new position there were many difficulties: I had to study new processes, shipment schedules. But the work itself was very interesting and I liked it».
