Nataliia Rudenko, leading e-Flow system administrator, is an excellent team player. Omega is a friendly team
Although I am a teacher by training, I was really interested in the vacancy of e-Flow system administrator in Omega: it was something new and interesting, so I started scaling the summit. Looking back on my first working day in the company, I can say that I was very worried, although the meeting with the manager and acquaintance with colleagues went well. That time our department consisted of three e-Flow system administrators.
I liked the atmosphere in the company, a friendly team, where it was easy to adapt. I quickly joined our friendly team, and a caring manager helped me to understand the peculiarities of my work.
My job helps to keep the forest safe
I like the idea that my work helps to save the forest and, of course, to speed up the work on document exchange. It's important that we establish relationships with our clients and keep up with the times.
Although we sometimes deal with technical difficulties in the work of programs, such faults and problems are solved through improvement. I like that I am involved in the process of improving our work. I also help our clients by providing technical support to resolve e-Flow system problems that clients face.

Besides work, the most important thing for Nataliia is her son, and she is a very loving, energetic and positive mother. She dedicates all her free time to her son’s upbringing, investing kindness, love for nature and animals; she is engaged in the comprehensive development of the child. She also loves traveling, as it expands the horizons and gives positive emotions.
