Iryna: about drive at work, team and a clear goal
Iryna has been working at Omega // since 2013. She started as a remote sales manager, and today she manages the Responsible Storage project, creates training materials, manages communications, and promotes the introduction of the service to the sales team.
“I came to Omega on my third attempt — and I knew that this was the company where I wanted to work. It was a conscious decision. Today I continue with the same feeling of confidence: I am in my place.”
She is deeply involved in creating training materials for managers. Iryna believes that without understanding the service, there will be no quality offer, and without a quality offer, there is no trust.
“To do something truly effective is constant work. Creating materials is not a one-time story, it is constant improvement through feedback,” she shares.
What drives Iryna every day? Not just duties. She talks about the “end result.” About the moment when the created course or material becomes really useful, when there are feedbacks from managers and clients.
And also about the team. Iryna does not hide that it is people who inspire her the most.
“Omega // gave me not just colleagues — real friends. We have been together for over 12 years. This is my stronghold, my support.”
Iryna also finds time for herself: weekends — walks with family and friends, this is what helps to keep the pace and not burn out.
