Yulia Babich: a story about responsibility, team and new opportunities
In the second quarter of 2026, transport logistics analyst Yulia Babich successfully completed her project “Delivery of customer orders by the Taxi service”. For her, it was not just a work process, but her first experience in project management, which became a real professional challenge and an opportunity to try herself in a new role.
“When the manager said that I would be the project manager, it came as a surprise to me,” recalls Yulia. But instead of being afraid to back down, she decided to try. She says that the people around her helped her cope: a team that was always ready to support, and a manager who suggested, guided and helped find solutions.
The idea for the project appeared due to the needs of customers. In work, there are situations when the necessary spare part is needed urgently. That is why the team set itself the task of making the service even faster - so that the client could receive the necessary product when it was really needed.
The implementation began with the joint work of representatives of different departments. The warehouse, sales and transport logistics teams analyzed processes together, looked for optimal solutions and created a new delivery format step by step. It was thanks to coordinated work that the idea was brought to life.
Despite the fact that this was her first experience, Yulia does not remember moments when she wanted to give up. On the contrary, each new stage added confidence and showed that even complex tasks become understandable if you work together.
