Over the years of our work, we have repeatedly been able to verify that a true partnership is the result of mutual trust. And trust is built on openness and sincerity.
On the night of May 26, one of our key facilities, the Kharkiv Distribution Center, was severely damaged in a massive attack on Kharkiv. As a result of 8 drone strikes, the roof was destroyed and a large-scale fire broke out, completely destroying the entire warehouse and all its contents. Fortunately, no one was injured, which is probably the best thing about it.
This event is a serious challenge for our team. At the same time, we are determined to fully fulfill our commitments to all our partners.
What has already been done to minimize the consequences: we have already rebuilt logistics, reallocated resources and almost restored services for our customers. In the near future, we plan to restore them completely.
We make every effort to ensure that our partners do not experience any inconvenience in the services provided. After all, promises for us are not just words, they are about responsibility, which we confirm with actions every day.
