— "today-to-today" delivery is temporarily unavailable for customers in Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Poltava;
— "today-to-tomorrow" service is currently unavailable for customers in Kharkiv, Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhia, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava, Kremenchuk, Sumy, and Donetsk region (Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Druzhkivka, Svyatohirsk, Maidan), when shipping orders from the Kharkiv distribution center;
— self-pickup and delivery by courier services from the Kharkiv distribution center are temporarily unavailable for customers in Kharkiv and the region;
— the cash desk is also not working.
The resumption of logistics services will be announced later.
