On September 5, 2025, our Dnipro regional warehouse was damaged by a fire.

At the same time, we inform you that the warehouse will temporarily not work until the consequences are eliminated. Self-pickup services from the Dnipro warehouse and cash desk operations are suspended for a certain period of time.
We strive to maintain a high level of service and adhere to the promised standards. That is why delivery processes have already been adapted so that you do not experience any inconvenience.
From now on, delivery of goods will be carried out along new routes.
From the Zaporizhia regional warehouse, you can order goods using the "today-to-today" service:
by the first route until 10:00 with delivery on the same day until 15:00;
by the second route until 12:00 with delivery on the same day until 17:00;
From the Kharkiv regional warehouse, you can place an order until 11:00 and receive the goods on the same day until 17:00.
