
We had a nice opportunity to talk with Zhuk Volodymyr, director of Ukragrozapchastina LLC and our first business partner. He generously shared his vision for business development and talked about new strategies.
Tetyana: Good afternoon, Volodymyr! Thank you for taking the time to talk. Tell us what you do and what are your priorities?
Volodymyr: Good afternoon, Tetyana! We are the official representative of leading manufacturers of equipment and original spare parts. Thanks to direct deliveries, we offer products at favorable prices. We supply agricultural equipment from well-known brands, including John Deere, as well as high-quality Chinese counterparts. Despite changing market conditions, we maintain stability, adapt to new rules and expand the circle of partners in order to best meet the needs of customers.
Tetyana: What is your strategic vision for the development of the company, taking into account today's realities?
Volodymyr: Before the full-scale war, the company expanded mainly in the eastern and southern regions of Ukraine: Sumy, Poltava, Luhansk, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk regions. Now we are looking at the center and west of Ukraine, because there are fewer risks there. We have seen how production capacity can be lost in one day due to missile strikes. Therefore, our strategy is to distance business from border regions.
Tetyana: What can you say about our cooperation, what do you value in the interaction of our companies?
Volodymyr: I will start by saying that our cooperation with your company has a long history - it began when we focused on the agricultural sector. Since then, we have developed, adapted to market changes and expanded our capabilities. This saves time and resources. Delivery "today for today" is especially valuable.
Tetyana: I would like to talk in more detail about the convenience of Omega services // for your company. Which services do you think work well for us? And which ones need to be improved?
Volodymyr: The biggest progress is your online platform. Your website is the right direction for development. It is constantly updated, and I understand that it costs a lot of resources. Previously, you worked for other market segments, now you have changed your focus, but this is a natural process of development. As for the services that work well, it is certainly the efficiency of order processing, the convenience of online orders through the website (order placement, logistics check, returns), as well as the quality of your team's consultations. At the same time, I would suggest paying attention to a few points that can be improved: it would be good to expand the range of some spare parts items, which are sometimes difficult to find now. In general, I think that Omega // is moving in the right direction, and we appreciate the partnership that helps us work successfully in the market
Tetyana: What can you say about our people? Who have you collaborated with?
Volodymyr: Among the managers with whom I cooperate, I can single out Oleksandr Machula.
In general, I remember everyone with whom I cooperated. Previously, there were more personal meetings, now thanks to the online platform there are fewer of them, because many processes are automated. But if a serious question arises, communication still takes place directly with the manager.
Tetyana: Have you encountered problems that our managers helped to solve?
Volodymyr: Yes, of course, in the process of cooperation there are various situations when questions or difficulties arise. And I can say that your managers have always been at their best - they responded promptly, listened carefully, found optimal solutions and helped to resolve any problems. This is very valuable for us, because in business it is important not only to receive a quality product, but also to have a reliable partner who supports and helps in difficult moments.
Tetyana: What achievements of your company over the past year are you most proud of?
Volodymyr: The biggest achievement is that we have survived another year. We have a team, people are alive and well. We are expanding our focus on the markets of Europe and China, increasing the volume of work with Chinese equipment, which is actively appearing on the fields of Ukraine. We have also opened new branches and maintained profitability. These achievements are the result of the coordinated work of the entire team, strategic planning and readiness to adapt to changes. We look to the future with optimism and are determined to continue moving forward.
