Vadim: I hold the position of commercial director of "AGRO TM". I started my journey as the head of the sales department, and now I am responsible for the company's commercial activities. I have been working in this field for about 20 years, in particular in sales and the auto business. I even had an interview at your company before, so I know the market and your activities well.
Tetyana: It is great that you have such professional experience in your work. Please tell me, do you have a strategic vision for the development of your company, taking into account modern realities?
Vadim: Our company is always looking for ways to maintain its market position. Today, we focus on the development of imported equipment, as the market for domestic equipment is gradually shrinking. Especially after the full-scale war, which significantly affected the industry. We always adapt to the needs of our customers and look for new opportunities for development, both in the product range and in cooperation with suppliers.
Tetyana: This is the right approach - to be open to new methods and adapt. What areas are currently a priority in your work?
Vadim: Our main priority is people, our staff. We invest in their development, train them in new methods of work, understanding market trends and working with clients. In addition, we are actively working on developing strategies and recruiting personnel to always have a reserve of professional specialists. In addition to personnel, important areas are the development of the range, in particular fuels and lubricants.
