In 2024, our company launched a project to develop the personnel reserve “Growing Together”, aimed at revealing the managerial potential of employees and helping them achieve new professional heights.
83 employees are participating in the program, including managers and their deputies from various departments. This project allows each participant to make a significant contribution to achieving the company’s key goals and creating its successful history.
During the first six months, program participants mastered new knowledge and skills through three main blocks:
1. Psychological support: self-help tools in stressful situations and working with emotions.
2. Working with thinking: developing adaptability and the ability to see challenges from a different perspective.
3. Management competencies: developing knowledge and skills for effective leadership.
And this is just the beginning! An updated course for the first stream of participants and a new development program for subsequent groups are already being prepared.
