Turbulence is not a hindrance: Serhiy Moseychuk’s story of development despite difficulties

Every company has people who move it forward. People who don’t just do the job, but shape new standards and create an environment that inspires others. One of these is Serhiy Moseychuk, the manager of Omega //, who in the third quarter became one of the leaders in building trusting relationships with our first business partners.

During an interview with Serhiy, we noted for ourselves his sincere surprise and slight excitement: “It’s nice that I was noticed.”

In working with clients, Serhiy adheres to a principle that seems obvious, but not everyone manages to implement it correctly. “Building trusting relationships is the basis. This is when a partner listens to you about their business. When he can say: “Make an invoice and send it” — without unnecessary clarifications.” To do this, he uses a set of actions: quick response, sincere immersion in the client's problem, honest communication, regular feedback. "The client should see that you didn't just close the issue and move on. But solved it to the end - and checked if everything is OK. This is when the partner understands that all your recommendations will help him develop, and not hinder. And that you are really interested in joint growth."

In his work, Serhiy puts two sources of motivation first - family and team.

"Family and team motivate - we have healthy competition, support, constant communication."

In difficult times, a conscious attitude to time helps him maintain productivity.

"The best time is time for yourself. When you turn off the phone, you switch. Sometimes it's a morning dedicated only to yourself: a run, a cold shower, music."

And Serhiy has an unusual hobby - leather work. He makes wallets and other accessories.

“This is an expensive but self-sufficient hobby. You can’t make a business out of it: manual labor is not very appreciated in our country yet. But as a way to switch, it’s ideal,” Serhiy shares.

Despite his strategic thinking, Serhiy honestly admits that planning today is an unstable business. “I have moved away from global goals. The time is such that it is important to live here and now. The main thing is that I am alive and moving on.”

And this life wisdom seems to work — because it helped him not only to achieve success in his work, but also to find inner balance in difficult times.
