Andriy is someone who is truly passionate about his work
In the team since 2016, Andriy has become not just a specialist, but a true example of dedication. His path in the company began with daily work, which he loves and appreciates.
Before joining our team, Andriy had experience in the field of vehicle maintenance: he worked at a service station, in stores, and was engaged in the retail trade of auto parts. But at first he admits that he doubted whether he would have enough knowledge or whether he would cope.
Currently, colleagues and management recognize him as the leader in providing quality service for the first quarter of 2025 - it was Andriy who received the most “smileys” from colleagues in the nominations and became the best employee of the quarter. “When you see how your knowledge solves real problems, it gives you strength. We often work on non-standard requests, and when you manage to choose something perfect for a client or colleague, it is a real pleasure.”
Andriy is actively studying, attending seminars, and keeping abreast of changes in the industry. He is sure: a professional should not only know his field of work, but also understand what came before him and what will come after. “This is a single system, and it works only when everyone does their part perfectly.”
Outside of work, he is a person with a deep inner world: he loves nature, travel, and photography. His photos are another confirmation of how carefully he looks at details.
